NO NEED FOR ON-SITE BOOKKEEPER

We can assist small businesses that cannot afford a full-time bookkeeper for a fraction of the overall cost. Financial statements can be provided monthly. All other work can be done on a weekly or as needed basis. The only additional cost to you would be the cost of faxing the basic data to us. We can give you daily or weekly bank balances, accounts receivables aging and accounts payable aging. Our services would also include accounts payable check preparation, payroll and payroll checks preparation including the required quarterly returns. Sales tax returns preparation would also be included.

Your savings would be substantial. Assuming $10 per hour for a full-time bookkeeper, the following would be your costs:

Our weekly price for above work = $250

You may deduct 10% for the first 3 months of our engagement for additional savings of $292.50.

Above does not include employer matching funds for deferred compensation plans.
